Ongoing Doumo, Suki na Hito ni Horegusuri wo Irai sareta Majo desu. Episode 5 watch on mobile

Young lake witch Rose lives apart from people and earns her living through a craft that always seemed safe to her, until knight Haridj Azm comes to her door—a man she has long and silently been attached to. He asks for a simple spell in terms of magic: a love potion. But for Rose, this request sounds like a death sentence, since the chosen one's heart seems already to belong to someone else. Instead of spiraling into drama, the story chooses a subtle interplay of feelings and everyday details: Rose agrees but deliberately complicates the recipe and sends Haridj on a quest for rare ingredients, buying herself time and the right to several extra encounters. The more often the knight returns to the house by the lake, the more evident it becomes that there is something between them beyond a mere transaction—a strange intimacy where care can turn out to matter more than any magic. This is a romantic fantasy about honesty, awkward confessions, and the choice between self-deception and grown-up feelings, where the most powerful spell is sometimes not in the cauldron, but in the courage to speak the truth.
